Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored as a hash).
• Learning data: module progress, quiz scores, certificates and the simulation projects you save.
• Technical data: IP address and user agent, for session security and rate limiting.
• Payment data: processed by Paddle; we never store your card number.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide the service, save your progress, issue and verify certificates, send transactional email (verification, password reset) and keep the platform secure.

3. Tutor

When you use the Tutor, your question and its simulation context (tag values, loops, alarms) are processed on our own servers by a rule-based engine to build the answer. They are not sent to any third-party AI provider and are not stored; we only keep a daily count of questions per account.

4. Cookies and local storage

We only use cookies required for login sessions and security. There are no third-party advertising cookies. Your language choice (English or Bahasa Indonesia) is remembered in your browser’s local storage.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your account data by contacting hello@autolearn.id.
